What this app collects, and when
Only what you type into the contact form. There is no account, no tracking and no profiling here, so if you never use the form, this app collects nothing about you beyond the technical request data every web server necessarily receives.

Legal basis. Answering an enquiry you chose to send is a legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — yours as much as ours. If your message is about a possible agreement, Article 6(1)(b) (steps before a contract) applies instead.
Who else sees it
Two service providers process the data on our behalf. Neither uses it for anything of their own.

Both are outside the EEA as companies, so transfers rest on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Nobody else receives your message.
How long it is kept
The message arrives as e-mail and stays in the operator's mailbox for as long as the matter needs, and no longer than is reasonable for answering and for any follow-up. The app itself stores nothing — there is no database behind this form.
Cookies
This app sets no cookies. None at all, for any purpose, so there is nothing to consent to and no cookie banner.
It does use your browser's local storage for exactly one thing: remembering whether you chose the light or the dark theme. That value never leaves your device, is not read by the server, contains no identifier, and exists only because you clicked the toggle.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected or erased, for its processing to be restricted, and you may object to it. Where processing rests on legitimate interest you may object at any time. Write to contact@mihalytari.com and you will get an answer within one month.
If you believe your data has been handled wrongly you may complain to the Hungarian supervisory authority: Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu — or to the authority where you live.
Automated decisions
There are none. Nothing here decides anything about you automatically, and there is no profiling.
